The heart of the hotel is the uniquely styled Granary, with old stone and open beams. The restaurant, bars and lounges specialise in local fresh produce, especially seafood from the fishing port of Killybegs.

The Mill Park Hotel Granary Restaurant offers a wonderful selection of fresh Donegal produce cooked in creative styles to make up our unique à la carte menu choice. Every Sunday, the Mill Park Hotel serves gourmet carvery lunches in the Granary Restaurant. Choose from our wide range of outstanding cuisine and our excellent service which combines the very best of traditional hospitality with friendly efficient staff. Sunday lunch is served from 13:00 until 16:00. The Mill Park Hotel Café Bar is located at the front of the hotel, overlooking our beautiful gardens. The exquisite design exudes a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and this is evident in our style of menu which offers a tasteful choice of dishes. These range from speciality signature dishes to stone baked pizzas and of course the popular Irish roasts and grills are also available.
